Sample Ballots

Sample ballots are a good tool that voters can use to ensure that they know what to expect come Election Day. The generic sample ballot is designed so that no matter what contests the voter marks, the contests fall in the same order as the district specific ballot used at early voting or at the polls. Sample ballots have been mailed to registered voters. They are also available at www.lee.vote

To save time at Early Voting and at the precincts: If you have moved into or within Lee County, call LEE-VOTE (239-533-8683) to update your information with our office. Your address determines the districts you vote in; what you are eligible to vote on, and your voting location. Florida law requires that you vote in the precinct where you lay your head at night. It is a felony to vote in the wrong precinct.

Wednesday, August 24th is the final day to request to Vote by Mail. Vote by Mail ballots must be received in our Main Office by 7 p.m. August 30th.
