Property Owners Only

In the community meetings regarding the proposed Grand Resort FMB at Time’s Square, only Fort Myers (Beach) property-owning taxpayers should be permitted time to speak. The renters on the island should be welcome to write in letters to the developer and Town Council, but they have zero skin in this game. Those of us who own property on the island(s) in 33931 should be the ones giving polite voice to the discussions.

I also feel quite strongly, only property owning taxpayers should be in the small group discussions with the developer. Someone who rents has no actual ownership in the future of the island(s).
