Fort Myers Beach Lions Club sponsors the Shrimp Festival each year that brings thousands to Fort Myers Beach. And each year, they use every dollar earned at the festival to support Lions charities. One of their most enjoyable jobs each year is to award LIONS WE SERVE scholarships to area students.
This year they increased the number of scholarships awarded to ten! Seven recipients were present at the July 21st LIONS regular meeting to receive their $1,000 WE SERVE scholarships.
