Development Inevitable

It’s 2020. Show me a beachfront town or area anywhere in the U.S. or elsewhere on the planet where properties are undeveloped, parking is plentiful, costs are low, and things haven’t changed since the 70s or 80s. Beach front property is super expensive and taxes are very high, property owners either update or modernize or they sell to someone who will. That’s why change is inevitable, like it or not. To think otherwise is nonsensical. If the Margaritaville complainers and haters wanted things to stay the same they should have ponied up the multi-million dollars to buy the properties and let the vacant lots and hurricane ravaged buildings remain in place as the “Old Florida” they evidently love and prefer.
