Charley’s Boat House Grill
Charley’s Boat House Grill recently celebrated their Grand Re-opening with a Ribbon Cutting following a major renovation. Cutting the ribbon is David Paci, Director of Wine and General Manager and Tim Henkel, Kitchen Manager, who began with Charley’s in 1981. The interior has been completely refreshed with a crisp, modern casual look including new colors and enhanced lighting. The renovation includes a new full bar area, where the ribbon cutting took place. This area includes a quiet area & wine bar with 120+ hand-picked wines. The majority of the renovation took place out of the public view with a new layout and all new equipment in the kitchen. “This will allow us to offer some future menu additions we just could not do in the original kitchen,” said Henkel.
Charley’s Boat House Grill, famous for their Braveheart Black Angus beef, offers steaks, ribs and prime rib, as well as an outstanding variety of local fish, shellfish and their famous 50+ item salad bar. Located at 6241 Estero Blvd, FMB. Hours: 4:30 – 9:30pm daily. They will open for lunch during season beginning Dec. 9. Phone: 239-765-4700; BoatHouseGrill.net
