Beach Pottery Etc.
On the drive along San Carlos Blvd to Fort Myers Beach, you’ll find Beach Pottery Etc, the pottery store with all the beautiful and colorful pottery and statues out front. Recently a long time resident of San Carlos Island, Alanna Osborne, purchased the shop and is excitedly making plans for the store.
With over 1,000 different kinds, colors and shapes of pottery, on over an acre of display area, there is something for everyone. Beautiful marble garden statues, unique iron and wood sculptures share space with a huge selection of Talavera Mexican pottery, designer beachwear and unique gifts and jewelry.
Alanna looks forward to adding a coffee and wine bar and meeting all the wonderful people who stop in. So next time don’t just drive by, stop in and say Hi! Beach Pottery Etc. is open daily from 10am-5pm at 17980 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers Beach. Phone: 239-437-4211. Website: FortMyersBeachPottery.com
After many years operating coffee shops within multiple Lee Health locations, Willy and Lisa Wilson added Gregory Capellan as General Manager and opened the independent Chocolatte’s Coffee and Roasting shop last November along San Carlos Blvd in south Fort Myers. The ambiance and aroma of the store are a beautiful blend of sophisticated, yet comfortable, worthy of a coffee shop in any upscale neighborhood or urban locale. The store features coffee roasted on premise from beans sourced from some of the best growing regions in the world. In addition to the fresh brewed and iced coffee options, the menu includes tea, Kombucha, local bakery items, Judi Mae handmade cookies, Love Boat ice cream, smoothies & bowls, steel cut oatmeal and hand-crafted crepes. This interior photo of Chocolatte’s shows their large communal table, encouraging customer engagement and conversation. Private seating options are available. Looking for a real destination coffee shop with a unique selection of food options? Just down the road from Fort Myers Beach, look for Chocolatte’s for a great experience!
