Fish Tale Waterfront Dining

Fish-Tale Waterfront Dining was recently designated an “Ocean Friendly Restaurant” by the Surfrider Foundation. It is the only restaurant in Southwest Florida to earn the recognition. This continues Fish-Tale Marina’s dedication to the environment. They were Fort Myers Beach’s first designated Clean Marina in 2003 and the first Clean AND Resilient Marina in SW Florida (4th in the State!) in 2014.

The Cigar Hut of Fort Myers Beach, an iconic local business founded in 2000, has recently opened a second store at 440 Old San Carlos Blvd, between SOB’s and the Harbor House Hotel. This move anticipates the future Margaritaville Resort development on their 1172 Estero Blvd property, and future relocation. Timing on the complete move is unclear at this time, secondary to legal challenges against the Town regarding Margaritaville, so for now, both stores are open. The Cigar Hut, one of the most unique retail cigar stores in Florida, and the original tobacconist on Fort Myers Beach, has become a destination for cigars lovers everywhere. Visited by folks from all across the U.S. and abroad, they offer an extensive inventory of premium hand-rolled cigars. Following in the tradition of Key West and their rich history of cigar mystique going back to Hemingway’s love and lore of fine cigars, there is no better place to find the quality smoke you are looking for. Whether a gift or a premium selection for yourself, the Cigar Hut, with a friendly staff boasting a combined 100 years’ experience, will help you find the right cigar. They also offer a wide variety of cigar accoutrements, including premium cutters and lighters and all related accessories as well as pipes and tobacco to satisfy your complete smoking needs.

Now with two locations, they invite you to stop in to say hello, have a look around and pick up something to add to your vacation pleasure. The new location on Old San Carlos Blvd. offers a great chance to sit back on their large outside deck to take a break and enjoy your selection of rare and exquisite cigars. Shipping available.
