A British Invasion of the Musical Variety

Over 300 music fans enjoyed an evening of 60’s rock presented by The British Invasion Years in their February 7 Fort Myers Beach Friends of the Arts concert at Fish-Tale Marina. Breaking their act into two sets, with early 60’s and late 60’s music with costumes to match, the band seemed to have as much fun as the audience did, and many of them were dancing in the aisles. The next and final concert in the series will be held on March 14 from 7-9pm featuring the Atlantic City Boys. Expect to hear plenty of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and other 60’s music memories. Concert tickets are $25 and available at fmbarts.org or by calling 239-463-3600. Concerts are held in the Propeller Lounge at Fish-Tale Marina, 7225 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach.
