Last Saturday lovers of bluegrass, BBQ and beer came together in perfect union at Matanzas on the Bay, all to support Operation Open Arms, a non-profit organization dedicated to the care and treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in military service members and veterans.
Live music by Bugtussle Ramblers and Cooter Creek Bluegrass Band kept toes tapping, while craft beer from the Fort Myers Brewing Company kept thirst at bay and the Matanzas on the Bay BBQ Buffet served up ribs, pork shanks and corn on the cob, all in the pursuit of a good cause.
